This meringue-based delight, with its crisp crust and soft, light inside, originated in the 1920s after the ballerina’s tour in Australia and New Zealand. Both countries claim its invention, but one thing is for sure: it’s a dessert that has danced its way into hearts worldwide.
First up, we have the Berry Xmas Pavlova. A light, airy meringue, topped with a generous layer of freshly whipped cream. But the real stars here are the berries – a flavour packed mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cherries on the top 😉 Served with a delicious berry coulis, this Pavlova is a celebration of summer in every bite, ideal for those warm, lazy afternoons with family and friends.

This version includes some favourite exotic fruit toppings – ripe mango slices, tangy kiwi, and the star of the show, passion fruit. The whipped cream, infused with a hint of coconut, complements the fruits beautifully. A drizzle of passion fruit coulis adds that perfect acidic kick.
